Completed on a fast-tracked four-month schedule, the project involved delivering the building’s full structural shell, forming the foundation for all subsequent interior and exterior hotel construction.
Our scope included concrete foundations, masonry work, load-bearing structural systems, exterior framing, and envelope components required to bring the project to a dry-in condition. Working closely with the general contractor and design team, we coordinated structural sequencing, integrated MEP pathway requirements, and ensured the building was delivered to precise specifications under an accelerated timeline.
