CAMBRIA SUITES HOTEL - DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA

KMC Build (formerly operating as part of our GC entity) served as both the site contractor and shell contractor for the development of the Cambria Suites hotel in Dania Beach, Florida. Completed between 2007 and 2008, the project involved full site development, infrastructure installation, and delivery of the complete structural shell for this select-service hospitality property.

Our scope began with comprehensive site development, including mass earthwork, grading, utility installation, drainage systems, paving, curbs, sidewalks, and all civil-related foundations and infrastructure required to prepare the property for vertical construction. As the shell contractor, we executed the building’s complete structural package, including concrete foundations, block work, structural framing, core and shell systems, exterior envelope, and coordination of key MEP pathways integral to the hotel’s design.

The Cambria Suites project required detailed scheduling, phasing, and subcontractor coordination to ensure on-time delivery of the site and structural shell so that the hotel’s interior build-out team could mobilize immediately afterward. Our work provided the fully stabilized platform and vertical building envelope necessary for the remainder of the hotel’s construction program.
