TROY STAMBAUGH
VICE PRESIDENT Troy has over (25) years of international and domestic experience in the construction and real estate industry. He has worked in the roles of an Owner’s Representative, Vice President, Senior Project Manager and General Superintendent. He has extensive knowledge of budget analysis and preparation, contract review and negotiation, specification and plan review, scheduling, supervising/management of personnel, concrete restoration, residential construction (apartments and condominiums), high-rise and portfolio management. As the Vice President of KMC Corporation, Troy has been responsible for overall client relations and operational issues. Troy’s involvement began with the initial proposal, through construction budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiations, and construction close-out. The project team members report to the Vice President on a daily basis. During his tenure with KMC Corporation, he was responsible for overtaking a defaulted project from the original general contractor and continuing through to final completion of the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Manalapan, FL.
