CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As Chief Operating Officer, Dylan is responsible for developing and implementing operating strategies designed to drive growth throughout the KMC organization whilst ensuring stability and efficiency within the group.

He oversees Business Development, Sales and Marketing and Information Technology for KMC Corporation and its five in house divisions.

Dylan’s lengthy experience in the construction industry and background in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects has enabled him to understand the complexities of the industry and put in place internal systems that work for the organization and the client.

He works directly with clients to build relationships and ensure great service from preconstruction throughout the construction process.

Previously, Dylan served for 12 years as co-president of Sweets from Heaven, a worldwide franchisor of candy stores headquartered in South Africa. He was responsible for the development of the concept and business plan and oversaw growth from the first store to over 400 stores worldwide.

Dylan currently sits on the membership committee for Associated Builders and Contractors East Florida region. ABC IS a national association representing more than 24,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms in 78 chapters across the United States

He is a State Certified Building and General Contractor.
