CHIEF ESTIMATOR

Walter has over (35) years experience in the construction industry, of which (30) years as an Estimator for both small and large projects, including schools, warehouses, office buildings, low and high rise condos, site work and storage facilities. He specializes in Design-Build projects with owners and architects. In his many years of estimating experience, Walter has also represented bonding companies assisting in the completion of contracts with contractors under bond that could not complete projects.
