KMC is making significant progress on the construction of the future facility. Tom Hankinson, proprietor of the future storage facility, has set an extremely aggressive schedule for KMC as the 5-story 110,000 sq. ft. storage facility, originally started Feb 18, is expected for completion May 15. Charlie Flenniken, Vice President and COO of KMC’s Shell division, says that Hankinson’s urgent request has put KMC in a great position to reveal their true potential and feels that KMC have stepped up in the most positive way. Currently, United Storage Construction privately owns fifty-five facilities across the United States and KMC is in negotiations with the corporation to be endorsed as the sole General Contractor for all United Construction’s upcoming projects.
