KMC’s Storage Division is UNIQUE!
The individual members of our team have an average of 20 years of experience each in the construction of storage facilities.

Contracts are all completed on industry standard AIA Forms. Our KMC’s entire formal administrative process is controlled online, with Prolog utilized as our core system. As contracts are entered, cost codes are assigned to tasks. All vendors are entered by scope of work making the pay application process significantly smoother.

Although we excel in a low percentage of change orders, we must admit that they do occur. In order to control the process and have no surprises, all change orders follow a strict controlled process.

By the time the pay application is submitted, its validity is guaranteed and all subcontractors’ pay requests come with a signed lien release.
