KMC Corporation Set To Begin Construction on Glades Road Self Storage

PALM BEACH, Fla. (February 7, 2008) - KMC Corporation announced today that the Glades Road Self Storage in Boca Raton, Florida is set for its initial dig on Feb. 15. The property is located approximately 1/8 mile north of Glades Road on the west side of the Florida Turnpike. Organized by KMC Corporation, the completion is estimated within 12 months with the entire property set to include 10 storage buildings in total. The buildings will contain 98,000 square-feet of storage space as well as 41,000 square-feet of slab-on-grade foundation. David Howell, owner of the complex, decided to maintain the original flow of the structures around several wireless towers situated around the property. “This may be the first of its kind built around wireless towers,” stated Michael Zawaki, senior project manager for KMC.
