Ft. Lauderdale Storage Facility Set for Completion As Hollywood Location Nears Inception

KMC Takes Huge Strides in USA Storage Plans

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. (February 11, 2008) - KMC Corporation, Inc. announced today that they are nearing completion of a major self storage facility in Ft. Lauderdale. USA Storage is set for completion later this week, Feb. 15. Speros Moody Ventures, LLC, proprietors of the project, made plans to convert a pre-existing warehouse facility in regards to maintaining portions of the structure to construct the new 3-story, 100,000-square-foot structure.
KMC is also planning another USA Storage facility, located in Hollywood. Michael Zawaki, KMC’s Storage Division President, says he hopes to break ground on the project Apr. 15 as the project is still in the design development phase. The plan is set to consist of a fully climate controlled 3-story, 68,000-square-foot facility. Arrangements are also being made to add retail frontage to the storage building.
