KMC Corporation Looks to Emulate Phase-One Success
PALM BEACH, Fla. (February 2008) - KMC Corporation announced today that phase-two of the $65 million dollar renovation and remodeling of the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach is nearing completion. The first phase of the multi-million dollar refurbishment was unveiled last March (2007) which included an upgraded foyer, a 3,000 sq. ft. oceanfront terrace, 2 new restaurants, a bar/lounge, a new presidential suite, private cabanas and a $100,000 revamp on each ultra-luxury guest suite. RCPB also recently unveiled Aquanuts, a Ritz Kids Club for young guests aged five to 12 years old, as well as Coast for the teen side of Ritz [Kids]. The second-phase of the extensive project, which began around July 2007, is on schedule for completion as early as January 2009.
The next stage of the RCPB face-lift is set to include:

A 41,000-sq-ft Grand Spa and fitness facility (January 2009).
A five-story, 24-room oceanfront guest tower on the Southwest corner of the resort (August 2008).
4,000 square-feet of new meeting space on the lower level of North Tower (Early 2008).
