KMC Corporation Announces Appointment

of Robert Ohl

Coconut Creek, Fla. (March 2008) - KMC Corporation today announced that Robert Ohl has joined the company as project manager and chief estimator of KMC’s Shell Division. Ohl most recently served as president of VDI Concrete and Land Services, which was recently acquired by KMC in order to expand the tilt-wall section of the company.
"Robert's impressive credentials and experience make him a strong addition to KMC's team," said Charlie Flenniken, President of KMC’s Shell Division. "His extensive experience with tilt-wall construction will be a perfect fit as we rapidly expand to meet our market opportunities."


Ohl has more than 20 years of experience in the construction service industry. Prior to VDI, he served for 5 years as vice president and chief estimator of Kodiak Construction and Management, where he specialized in tilt-wall, commercial and mid-rise projects. Ohl also served for twelve years as director of construction for Tate Inc., where he oversaw projects ranging from the construction of single family homes to the construction of a 400,000 square foot airplane hangar at Miami International Airport.

Ohl currently holds a State of Florida General Contractor’s License.
