KMC is interested in acquiring land or projects in need of redevelopment or repositioning. We also offer the opportunity to collaborate in a joint venture in order to build value together.
KMC actively seeks value-add/opportunistic acquisition, re-development, and development opportunities. We offer fully discretionary capital and are able to close quickly via internal line capability. We are interested in all property types including land, office, retail, industrial, multi-family, for-sale housing, hotel, and mixed-use for short hold periods (one to five years). Brokers protected.

• Land acquisitions with entitlement risk, property acquisitions with re-entitlement risk
• High loan to value, mezzanine or first loss, "B piece" loans provided, fund can
  underwrite underlying asset value
• Deferred maintenance, vacancy issues, near-term debt maturity which necessitates
  a sale, opportunity to invest capital, lease-up, and sell as a stabilized asset
• Domestic or international investments
